Adonis - Semi Washed Pink Bourbon Colombia Creation

Freddy correa started delevoping this lot with forest back in 2018. This batch was pre-fermented in cherry, followed by a 36 hour fermentation in muscilage, and then sun-dried on racks for 15 days. this is the 4th year forest and freddy have worked on “creation” together. this is a beautiful coffee great for any brewing meathod.
